The Zoning Department of Medina Township provides a variety of services to preserve and enhance the high quality of life offered to those who work and live here through:

• Zoning Ordinance Enforcement

This department also serves as support staff to the Planning Commission, Construction Board of Appeals, Zoning Board of Appeals, and Township Board.

Zoning is committed to keeping the Township a safe and prosperous place for residents and businesses.
Ordinance Officers respond to complaints and will initiate enforcement when violations are observed. Once enforcement action is initiated, the officer will attempt to make person-to-person contact with the property owner/tenant and send an official letter of violation. Failure to have property brought into compliance will result in further action including tickets, fines and/or fees, and court appearances.
